Shipping & Returns

 Return & Exchange Policy

Within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, you may return your Spirit Lockets jewelry in the original condition for a store credit, minus any discounts and shipping & handling costs. If items that are returned for store credit within the thirty (30) days of purchase are in unsalable condition or are missing parts, Spirit Lockets will apply a minimum 30% restocking fee or the item may be rejected by Spirit Lockets.

Items with manufacturer defects may be exchanged for a duplicate item or store credit within thirty (30) days of the product purchase date. Shipping charges incurred by customers when returning products will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Items missing from an order must be reported to cs@spiritlockets.com within 3-days of the order delivery date.

After thirty (30) days from the purchase date, items will NOT be deemed eligible for exchange, return or store credit for any reason.

Note: Spirit Lockets will only consider products made for and sold by Spirit Lockets for exchange, return, or store credit. Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible and will be promptly rejected.


Return Instructions

Spirit Lockets products being returned for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Spirit Lockets.

To obtain an RMA number, send a request to cs@spiritlockets.com with your name, order number, item being returned and the reason for return. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return package so that it can be easily identified. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

If you are returning a defective item within thirty (30) days of purchase, please note whether you would like a store credit or an exchange.

 Spirit Lockets is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped out 1-3 days after the order is placed. We make our best effor to ship out orders placed before 2pm Eastern Mon-Fri the same day. Orders place on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Every attempt will be made to ship out Priority and Express orders as soon as they are received. Shipment is from our warehouse in North Carolina, so order delivery times will be impacted according to destination.

Spirit Lockets offers FREE shipping on retail or wholesale orders of $50 or more (less taxes and shipping) within the USA, $60 or more (less taxes and shipping) within Canada, $80 or more (less taxes and shipping) within Australia, and $80 or more (less taxes and shipping) within Europe via USPS First Class.

We ship via USPS First Class (uninsured shipping) to the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and other locations around the world. Shipping within the USA generally takes from 3 to 5 business days, but can require up to 10 days due to inclement weather, natural disasters, rural areas, etc.

Orders being shipped via USPS First Class to Canada, Australia or the United Kingdom generally take from 10 to15 business days, and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

Spirit Lockets now offers the option of DHL Express Shipping (insured shipping)) to international destinations for an additional shipping fee. We strongly recommend selecting this more expedited shipping option for time-sensitive orders.

We do not track orders shipped within the USA until after 10 business days. We do not track orders shipped to Canada, Australia, UAE or the United Kingdom until after 14 business days.

Spirit Lockets is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. Processing time is not included in the shipping time estimates.

Shipping times are esimates and can be impacted by Customs clearance processing and inclement weather.



Customs Duty Payments


Spirit Lockets does not cover nor provide any reimbursement for any customs duties which may be levied against shipments sent internationally. We place a reasonable value declaration on each shipment to minimize such duties, but duty may still be charged by your local customs office.
